Hobb-y Goblin Studios is a one man terrain, diorama, and miniature painting commission service owned and operated by myself, Hunter Finkbeiner. I have always dreamed of running my own business and working for myself to create inspiring works of art. I found myself drawn to miniature painting in early 2018, when I began DM’ing a Dungeons and Dragons campaign for some of my friends. I went to a local gaming store and picked out a few models for my player characters and slapped a few coats of paint on them. They are not the prettiest paint jobs ever but they still sit on my painting desk to remind me of how far I’ve come.

Its been two years since those minis have been painted and since then I have won a local painting competition, completed multiple commissions for many happy customers and launched my Youtube channel where I document my progress through the hobby
